SHIPPING POLICY

BAGBUTTON SHIPS WORLDWIDE. WE SHIP WITH THE US POSTAL SYSTEM GLOBAL.

Shipping charges are $3.00 per order shipped in the United States. Orders shipped out side of the US are $4.00 and shipped USPS Air Priority Global Mail.

Please call us at 360-983-3800 if you require expedited shipping other than our regular shipping option. We can ship via UPS overnight, UPS 2-day or UPS 3-day on orders placed over the phone at a cost of 18.00.

Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat fee of $4.00 for shipping and handling, per order regardless of quantity ordered. Due to higher restrictions, safe guards, and customs inspections orders can take up to 10-12 business days to arrive. Usually light orders take 5-7 while heavier orders take the longest.

We ship from Mossyrock, Washington M-F. Orders placed late Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive to the East Coast and 2-3 working days on the West Coast and 5 to 10 days Globally.

Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processed system. At that time you will receive our order conformation via email including item shipping date and estimated arrival date.

If your order came with a tracking number, tracking emails are sent M-F night from our internal system You may view the status of your order by clicking the 'Track Order Link' in your order confirmation email.
