It took almost 2 weeks to get our BagButton here in Africa we don’t have the best post system here. Several months ago the Red Cross left us with 2 cases of blue plastic garbage bags and I wanted to try the BagButton on them. May I just express my appreciation for this purchasing experience? After a remarkably long and impressive line of horrible purchasing experiences, I must say my purchase of the Bag Button has been a prime example of how an online purchase should be experienced.
Ordering the product was exceptionally easy and add-on-request-free. The (presumably) automated email informing me of my purchase and the product's shipment was warm, informative and another great example of excellent customer service.
Lastly, the product worked exactly as advertised--an unfortunately rare situation of late. I've done some test runs with the Bag Button, and I've found that even the suggestions for long-duration storage is exactly correct: double bag it.
Instead of tying the bag, however, you might consider twisting the bag very tightly, then tying a cord around the twisted (and curly-q'ed) part. That way the bag can be reused when it inevitably loses its vacuum.

Were have you been for the last 10 years? We like our Space bags but when we heard of the BagButton,we were very skeptical as to whether it would work or not. We are a house hold that truly uses a lot of space bags, but as you point out the cost is very high. I just received my Bagbutton in the mail. The product works as advertised. I spoke with Larry on the phone prior to placing my order because I needed the button before going on vacation. Larry assured me that it would be shipped priority mail. It was - just as promised. You have a wonderful idea and product. Our family on average will use 10 BagButton Space Bags per month and if we go in our RV or camping, boating etc, that month we will use another 10 to pack our stuff in, another 10 to keep our stuff dry during the trip, storage etc. and another 10 to get back home. Instead of paying 400.00 for Space Bags to do all this, we do this with the price of one BagButton and 2 or 3 dollars worth of plastic bags. We needed to say thank you BagButton.

Hi guys it's your neighbor, I will forgo the broken legs and write a testamonial. That was just a joke OK. The BagButton is a "button-like" device (uebs: "bag button"), which one can invert over plastic bags, in order from them then air to out-suck - a part, which is again removed after use (the bag is interlocked in the vakuumzustand - requires a little fate) and therefore for an unlimited period continues to be available. It is very small and handy and fits in each hand or trouser pocket, can thus also very well on journeys be carried forward. One must watch stop only that at the destination also a vacuum cleaner is available, with one its luggage again "kleinkriegt".

My summer vacation ago I was on the search for low-priced Spacebags, had however no genuine overview of the number and sizes, which I would need. For a "purchase on suspicion" they appeared too expensive me. With my InterNet search I pushed on BagButton.com, which offer a device ("bag button"), with which one ANY PLASTIC BAG into a "Spacebag" transform can. I am inspired!
At first I had difficulties with the correct operation, but after some attempts I had the "correct trick" out. The BagButton is inverted over the opening of a plastic bag, the bag is somewhat pivoted, out-sucked then - as also with the Spacebag - air. Before one removes the Button again from the bag, one closes her firmly underneath (thus bag-laterally), takes the button off and interlocks the bag afterwards. This operation requires a minimum of manual fate; I am not there the most talented one, but after the third, fourth attempt it folded always well! I packed up more luggage than in the previous year, but got along with a smaller suit-case. I for safety's sake also still packed up the button and the role with garbage bags - with these bags I was at least sure that they funktioneren.
It is worthwhile itself to look for really well suitable bags: if they are too thick, interlocking becomes with difficulty - likewise, if the bags in itself are too rigid (if her so metallically kneeling star). Best suitably quite thin is, above all however SWITCH garbage bags. For small stuff I took the normal 30-Liter-Tueten, for larger pieces took I 60-Liter-Tueten.
With one of my first drying attempts I packed 10 thick winter sweaters into a large blue garbage bag. With Bagbutton and vacuum cleaners I brought this piece of giant on approx. a third its original size. Since I did not leave sufficient "Zipfel" remaining, the vacuum is not when interlocking 100% received remained - the bag remained nevertheless flat enough, in order to accommodate them comfortably in the upper subject of my wardrobe - that inconceivablily would before have been.
For the BagButton I paid by Paypal around the 12.50 euro - I had the luck to order exactly in the time when they had stopped the straight action "world-wide forwarding expenses-free". In addition, with forwarding expenses the Button remains inexpensive: he comes in a small, handy DIN-A5-Briefumschlag into the house fluttered. The delivery time (from the USA) amounted to 5 working days.
The people are very friendly and absolutely service-oriented there: by email they assured to me that the Button would be at the latest after 5 days with me, and they held their promise.
In my eyes a product earned, success!
